Integration Business Analyst Job description  

In this role, you will be responsible to design, document, and support integration solutions. Translates business requirements into technical specifications and ensures smooth communication between clients and technical teams. Bridges business needs with technical delivery and contributes to ongoing system optimization.

Responsibilities  

• Gather and analyze business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis and document specifications. 

• Design integration workflows with technical teams and maintain clear, accurate project documentation. 

• Use SQL/NoSQL to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support integration testing. 

• Support UAT, investigate integration discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with tech teams. 

• Provide project updates, facilitate client discussions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. 

• Monitor integrations post-deployment and contribute to process improvements. 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant of SaaS product. 

• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills. 

• Solid understanding of integrations (APIs, SFTP, web services). 

• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to perform basic data analysis (lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, etc.) 

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. 

• Hands-on SQL and database management tools; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus. 

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment. 

• Nice to Have: HR tech or system integration experience.
